Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Build APIs and services to integrate with our AI-driven finance platform
  • Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems
  • Deliver features from 0 → 1 in collaboration with our founders
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance
Requirements:
  • 4–8 years backend software engineering experience
  • Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Top-tier university background (IITs preferred)
  • Clear motivation for a high-impact role
