Expert JD Edwards Distribution

We are seeking a seasoned JD Edwards Distribution and Manufacturing Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our global client base.

This is a critical role that requires effective collaboration in a remote team environment. You will work closely with internal applications teams and external suppliers to ensure application performance is optimised and propose added-value solutions to customers.

• Provide first- and second-line support for our customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Liaise with internal applications teams/external suppliers to communicate issues and ensure application fixes and changes meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Take a proactive approach to problem management, aiming to minimise recurring incidents and their business impact.
• Support junior consultants with functional questions and issues, lead projects/onboarding activities for defined activities/customers.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers (internal and external), ensuring open communication, alignment on goals, and successful delivery of outcomes.
• Act as the Lead consultant or SME for assigned customers, participating or leading customer meetings as required.

About the Role

This specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JD Edwards core distribution modules and experience working with transportation and warehousing modules.

The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as proposing process improvements to enhance application performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Oracle JD Edwards implementation or support, specifically within core Distribution modules: Inventory, Sales, Advanced Pricing, and Procurement.
• Experience with Transportation and/or Advanced Warehousing modules is highly desirable.
• Broad knowledge of additional functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Service Management, or Contract Billing would be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
• JD Edwards World Software experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A highly driven and self-motivated individual with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
