Key Expertise Required

We seek an experienced JD Edwards Distribution and Manufacturing Support Specialist to support our global customer base, ensuring optimal system performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first- and second-line support, collaborating with internal and external resources to resolve issues efficiently.

This role demands effective problem management, aiming to minimize recurring incidents' impact. The ideal candidate will also provide guidance to junior consultants, lead projects, and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders.

  • Provide high-quality support services to meet service level agreements.
  • Liaise with various teams to communicate issues and ensure timely application fixes and changes.
  • Proactively manage problems to minimize their occurrence and business impact.
  • Support less experienced colleagues with technical inquiries and tasks.
  • Lead onboarding activities and participate in customer meetings as required.
Necessary Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Oracle JD Edwards implementation or support, specifically within core distribution modules: Inventory, Sales, Advanced Pricing, and Procurement.
  • Familiarity with Transportation and/or Advanced Warehousing modules is highly desirable.
  • Broad knowledge of additional functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Service Management, or Contract Billing would be beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience with JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • JD Edwards World Software expertise is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.
  • A driven individual with a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
