The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the application and engineering activities for ETO Solutions Projects in the Sahibabad plant.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in designing ergonomic handling systems and/or assembly systems, with a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering. He/She should possess good leadership skills, ability to work under lead-time pressure, and excellent communication skills.

As an Ergonomic Solutions Engineering Manager, the responsibilities include:

  • Managing leads and opportunities to quotation
  • Leading the applications team to ensure best offers are made to the customer
  • Maintaining and analyzing the Solutions Quote data
  • Ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood during handover
  • Leading the design team to ensure timely release of designs satisfying customer requirements
