Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Solutions Manager at TOFFIS Interior Environments in Bengaluru. A wonderful opportunity to work directly with the Founders who are senior leaders from the Industry and with a strong Corporate background

  • The Client Solutions Manager will be primarily responsible for acquisition of new clients, drive business development efforts, enhance brand visibility & increase sales.
  • He / She should also manage the existing client accounts, build strong relationships with the fraternity - Architects, Designers, Clients, IPC's, Real Estate Developers, & Key stake holders from the Corporate Real Estate Industry, understand their needs, provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate sales leads, track and close the sales opportunities, forecast & review of the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams & resources in developing proposals, presentations and provide solutions to win the projects

Qualifications:

  • Client Solutions experience from the Interior Design / Design & Build segment is definitely a Plus
  • Client Solutions experience from the Modular Furniture / Seating / Commercial Flooring is a Plus
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with B2B to MNC's in Bangalore is an added Plus
  • Goal oriented, Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills is a must
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Graduates or Post Graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Designing or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience
