Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced simulation models for BIW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, and assembly to optimize production workflows and reduce costs.
  • Utilize expertise in Auto Form and Siemens NX to drive business growth by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of simulation results into manufacturing processes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance analysis principles to ensure high-quality products meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in simulation tools and technologies to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in BIW manufacturing feasibility or related domains, with a strong understanding of BIW manufacturing processes and simulation techniques.
  • Proficiency in simulation and CAD tools such as Auto Form and Siemens NX, along with solid knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis principles.
  • Familiarity with various joining methods used in automotive body construction.
