About Ideal Prepaid International:
We are a leading provider of innovative prepaid energy solutions, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the utility and sub-metering sector.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and develop targeted sales strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Present and demonstrate our energy solutions to potential clients, negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to close deals and achieve profitable outcomes.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain a deep understanding of our energy solutions, features, and applications, providing expert advice to clients and supporting their needs.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the utility, sub-metering, or property management industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients at all levels.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating sales terms and conditions to achieve profitable outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and sales data to develop effective strategies.
