About This Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our HR team in various administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate employee records, update databases, and organize documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate internal events and meetings, as well as general office duties.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Support compliance and audit preparation activities.
- Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required by the HR team.
- Organize and manage HR documents, contracts, and personnel files.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Support the HR team in preparing for audits and other compliance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave trackers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
