We are currently seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist with deep knowledge of the US IT Contingent Staffing landscape.

About the Role:
  • This position will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities within mid-sized to large enterprises in the US.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Strong relationships with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Managers, and HR executives will be crucial for success in this role.
  • The Business Growth Specialist will work closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified IT contingent resources to clients.
  • Negotiating and closing contracts that benefit both the client and company is an essential aspect of this position.
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and reporting progress to leadership on a weekly/monthly basis is key to this role's success.
  • Collaboration with the delivery/recruiting team is necessary to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies is vital for long-term success in this position.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the US IT Staffing industry (Contingent Staffing focus) is required.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets is a must.
  • A strong existing network of clients, prospects, and industry contacts in the US is essential.
  • A deep understanding of the US staffing and hiring lifecycle, VMS/MSP processes, and vendor engagement is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Self-motivation with a strong sense of urgency and a hunter mentality is crucial for this position.
