Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing Specialist to join our team. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers within specified timelines.
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites.
- Submit invoices via electronic data interchange.
- Understand customer-specific requirements for invoicing.
- Verify invoice accuracy before submission.
- Maintain support documentation and backups.
- Update invoice submission status in Navision.
- Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files.
- Collaborate with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate the invoice submission process.
- Send out statement of accounts to customers.
- Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be recent graduates or have up to 1.5 years of experience in invoicing.
- Candidates should have a background in commerce or finance (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong analytical and logical skills are necessary.
- Good accounting knowledge is required.
