**Quality Assurance Professional Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, process excellence, and underwriting operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality reviews/audits, validating data accuracy, analyzing error trends, and identifying root causes. They will also document QA findings and maintain accurate quality logs and reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 –8 years of experience in P&C insurance operations, with a strong focus on underwriting for European and/or London markets.
  • Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a BPO or shared service environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Conducts monthly quality reviews/audits according on stipulated timeframe/SLA while complying to process SOPs and GRS QA Framework & guidelines.
  2. Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business and regulatory standards.
  3. Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and suggest corrective actions or process improvements.
  4. Document QA findings and maintain accurate quality logs and reports.

**Preferred Experience & Work Hours:**

  • Background in shared services or BPO environments with as Quality Auditor of global insurance back-office processes.
  • Experience working as QA in BPO vendors teams (e.g., Genpact).
