Job Overview

As a Senior associate, you will play a critical role in execution of audits and will collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals.

You will:

  • Plan, execute and monitor audit engagements
  • Ensure team performs audit procedures as planned
  • Perform various test of controls
  • Assist in identifying audit and accounting issues and resolving them
  • Serve as Participant on communication with CPA firms and develop strong working relationship with them
  • Coach, guide and develop staff on the engagements
  • Develop understanding of sources of accounting and auditing literature
  • Identify best practices on engagements and implement efficiently

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2.5 years of auditing or equivalent experience in US Audits
  • Assistance in Preparation of Draft Financial Statements
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
  • Preferred Experience with regional or Big 4 Audit firms.

CA, CPA, CA Inter, MBA (Finance), M.com, B.com
