Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regional Outreach Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling, conversion, and payment collection to meet enrolment goals.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the micro-market territory, prospect base, and ecosystem (employment exchanges, third-party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, alumni base, etc.)
  • Enquiry Generation:
    • Conduct activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, reaching out to unorganized sector workforce, etc., within or outside locations
    • Engage with graduates to generate leads/enquiries
    • Build relationships with stakeholders to generate a database of eligible candidates
    • Create and expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month
  • Admission Process:
    • Share accurate and complete course information with students
    • FOLLOW admission process for students
  • System Updation & daily Reporting:
    • Update system regularly
    • Daily activity reporting
    • Contribute to batch occupancy and batch launch

Requirements:

  • Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generation
  • Effective relationship building with all stakeholders
  • Ability to manage end-to-end activities, generate databases, and make presentations to convince prospects to take up courses and pay training fees
