
Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generator to join our team. As a key member of the Business Development unit, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads through strategic outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns to drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Qualify leads and work closely with the Business Development team to set up meetings or calls with prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends and hiring patterns to discover new lead opportunities.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales forecasts and growth projections.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of success in driving new business opportunities through strategic outreach efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
