Job Summary

A key position in ensuring seamless kitchen operations. The Shift Incharge oversees menu items, maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and monitors inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain kitchen sanitization standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage peak service periods efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Track inventory and report stock levels accurately to minimize waste.
  • Implement sustainable measures to reduce kitchen waste.
  • Manage operational software and documentation to streamline processes.
  • Ensure staff grooming and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Coordinate shift operations per standard procedures to maintain consistency.
  • Manage emergency delivery arrangements to ensure timely food delivery.
  • Submit accurate daily operational reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (culinary education a plus).
  • 2+ years kitchen experience with food preparation.
  • Advanced understanding of kitchen operations to drive efficiency.
  • Inventory management proficiency to optimize stock levels.
  • Kitchen management software proficiency to streamline processes.
