Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Tech Business Analyst, supporting the operations of our EDP platform.

This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data teams, to drive process improvement and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for informed decision-making.
  • Support cloud cost optimization efforts, focusing on AWS resources and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and vendor teams to enhance monitoring capabilities and ensure optimal system resilience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and FinOps best practices.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization strategies.
