We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Healthcare to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams and healthcare stakeholders, ensuring technical solutions align with business and clinical needs. You will play a critical role in shaping healthcare products that impact patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate healthcare business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Contribute to planning and scoping discussions by providing domain insights
  • Ensure the delivered solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and functional expectations within healthcare frameworks
  • Support UAT processes and coordinate feedback from stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare domain
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, with working knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and/or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems
  • Proven ability to document requirements clearly using tools like user stories, process flows, and wireframes
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
