Role: Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst for a full-term engagement to support critical discovery, analysis, and documentation efforts across business and technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly understand business processes, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and produce clear, actionable insights to support solution design or project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business and tech stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements
  • Analyze current workflows, systems, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities
  • Create business process models, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Support the project or product team with requirement traceability and prioritization
  • Help bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions for smoother execution
  • Assist in UAT planning and coordination as needed during the engagement
  • Provide weekly progress updates and maintain clear documentation for handover

Deliverables May Include:

  • Requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, etc.)
  • Process maps and workflow diagrams
  • Stakeholder meeting notes and follow-ups
  • Solution recommendation briefs or comparison matrices (if applicable)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience (tech domain)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart / Miro / Visio, Excel, etc.
  • Experience in stakeholder workshops, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, short-term engagement with minimal ramp-up time

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in consulting BA roles
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Exposure to [healthcare, fintech SaaS, etc.]
