Job Title: Walk-in Drive For AR Callers
Job DescriptionThis position involves providing customer service support and collections via phone calls. The role entails handling inbound calls, working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service using various communication methods.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in RCM/DME for a minimum of 1 year and be able to assess and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints primarily over the telephone, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved at the first point of contact.
- Daily management and update of customer interactions, generated through workflows and queues, on an account-wise basis, is also required.
The successful candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently at the first point of contact. Professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and empathy are essential qualities, along with good data entry & typing skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
