Identity and Access Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management professional to join our team.

The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity management systems that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong understanding of .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle, access management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain identity management solutions and integrations.
  • Implement access management policies and workflows.
  • Design and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and .NET application issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
