Identity and Access Management Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Identity and Access Management team, overseeing the implementation and migration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in identity and access management.
- MFA Implementation & Migration Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive migration project plan from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on MFA technologies, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet the security needs of the organization while complying with industry regulations.
- Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed in line with the organization's security framework.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
- Implement monitoring solutions to track MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments related to identity and access management, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing remediation strategies.
- Key Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of MFA technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects forward.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to make informed decisions that drive business value.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to identity and access management.
