Identity Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Operations professional to fill a challenging role within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions to ambiguous or undefined problems by thinking abstractly
  • Analyze requirements, interface with stakeholders, and document results
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, and associated applications
  • Understand the differences between authentication and authorization methods
  • Apply role-based access control principles
  • Manage databases and data structures effectively
  • Work as an energetic team player across boundaries, adapting to change rapidly
  • Confidently share knowledge while learning from others

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with modern Identity and Access Management products (SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk)
  • Proficiency in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications of various integration types
  • Design experience in Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, and JML workflow
  • Knowledge of modern authentication methodologies (SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID)
  • Contribution experience to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits
  • Affinity for Agile team environments
