Job Overview

The Data Access Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations for the Identity & Access Management function, ensuring seamless integration of user data with Onecert. This role requires strict adherence to established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly refresh user data on Onecert to enable IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload user lists to Onecert in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while generating reports and following defined escalation procedures.
  • Fulfill requests from business stakeholders for user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement changes to the Onecert catalogue based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams to source user lists and work closely with support to understand application limitations.
  • Mitigate risk associated with IAM processes and highlight key findings to senior management.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Undertake regular reviews of application security to ensure compliance and implement enhancements as necessary.

  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve desired outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications in Excel VBA and Macros.
  • Proficiency in English language.
