Strategic Performance Management Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Performance Management Professional to lead and institutionalize a performance-driven culture across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and managing end-to-end performance management systems, strategic advisory skills, and the ability to drive cultural transformation through Balanced Scorecard implementation.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system that aligns business and people performance with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and balanced scorecards at various levels of the organization.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leaders for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural transformation and achieve business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive cultural transformation.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, such as SuccessFactors or Darwinbox.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in implementing Balanced Scorecard in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and dashboard tools.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with cross-functional dependencies.

Industry Preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
