We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs across various domains of human resources.

The scope of this role includes providing assistance in HR training, learning all aspects of HR (Generalist, Talent Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, etc.), and collaborating with recruitment agencies to deliver top-notch training services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training programs for clients across various HR domains
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR training strategies
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to provide training services
  • Learn and master all aspects of HR, including Generalist, Talent Development, Payroll, and Employee Relations
  • Provide support to the HR team in planning and executing training initiatives
