Key Operations Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our operations function and drive business excellence.

  • The successful candidate will design and implement operational frameworks across key functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • They will develop and manage yearly goal trees to drive business outcomes and track progress towards them.
  • The Operations Lead will also lead and coordinate monthly business reviews, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and follow-through of action items, and prepare executive presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Responsibilities include managing internal communications, including town halls, leadership messages, and updates, and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities in business processes and operations.
  • The ideal candidate will track and report key metrics related to operational excellence and employee engagement using tools like Power BI or other dashboarding solutions.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a reputable institution with a specialization in Operations, Strategy, or General Management.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in business operations or program management.
