Senior Infrastructure Specialist PAM & IAM Job

We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and authentication technologies.

The successful candidate will design, develop, engineer, and manage PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure. They will also configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.

In addition, the candidate will troubleshoot PAM issues, integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, and administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.

The Senior Infrastructure Specialist will also enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), adaptive access policies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across hybrid environments.

They will monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats, ensuring compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a structured and independent working style, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required.

  • Design, develop, engineer, and manage PAM solutions from BeyondTrust
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems
  • Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments
  • Enforce MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environments
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)

Your Profile:

  • 4–12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills
