Job Description

A Civil Site Engineer oversees the end-to-end project execution for Villa construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. They monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion. Additionally, they coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute construction projects from start to finish, adhering to set standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and control project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
