Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing machine learning algorithms and models to enhance recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement machine learning solutions to improve user discovery experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Conduct data analysis and experimentation to identify patterns and trends in large-scale datasets
  • Utilize machine learning frameworks and libraries to deploy scalable and efficient recommendation solutions
  • Monitor system performance and conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of features
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in end-to-end development of large-scale ML systems in production
  • Strong experience in developing and delivering end-to-end machine learning solutions from experimentation to deployment
  • Deep understanding of machine learning and software engineering fundamentals
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring systems, logging, and common operations in production environments
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing recommender systems utilizing large-scale datasets
  • Knowledge of enterprise search systems and related stacks
  • Functional development and bug fixing skills to improve system performance and reliability
