Machine Learning Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that drive real-world impact.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning projects.
  • Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient machine learning models for production environments.
  • You will collaborate with data scientists to transform research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
  • You will optimize model performance and inference pipelines for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • You will lead architecture decisions and mentor junior machine learning engineers.
  • You will work with DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models.

You will conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Prior experience with deploying Generative AI (GenAI) projects in production is a plus.
