
Residential Sales and Client Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:
This Sales Role is focused on driving direct client acquisition and expanding the broker/channel partner network to boost sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep local network, strong relationship-building skills, and a go-getter attitude to build and nurture a robust pipeline of both clients and CPs.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sourcing Managers across site locations.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals.
- Review team performance regularly and drive target achievement through structured planning.
The role also requires the ability to source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects. This includes building and managing a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
Key Responsibilities include tracking quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.
Requirements:
- 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition.
- Graduate (any discipline) or MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
Desired Skills:
- Strong channel partner network across the region.
- Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Local market knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate.
