Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Case Analysis and Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Assisting in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Performing outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhering to established data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Completing assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree/graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
