The internship will provide hands-on experience in case analysis, document verification, and database management. You will work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable experience in various aspects of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team in day-to-day activities
- Conduct background verification checks for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization
- Perform outbound calls to gather information and follow up on verification requests
You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. This is a full-time internship opportunity, and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months. Based on business requirements, you might have to work on weekends, but you will receive compensatory time off or overtime allowance.
