A leading organization is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to oversee daily software delivery operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful completion of software projects.

This role involves working closely with the Quality Assurance team & Development Team to ensure usability, reliability, and quality standards of products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience on .Net & RDMS technical skills, as well as exposure and experience in DevOps Environment and automation tools like Selenium, Junit, Scripting.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Participating in RND meetings with clients and understanding business requirements;
  • Working closely with project team to arrive at a project plan and managing daily scrum calls to resolve impediments and ensure overall quality & timeline is met;

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A good understanding of software development & quality standards, user experience, and proficiency in test management are essential.

Desirable skills include ability to operate in a changing and challenging environment, good time management skills, and experience in working with multi-cultural teams and customers.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
