Job Summary

The role of a Principal SQA Engineer involves leading the quality assurance process for enterprise-scale SD-WAN solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, architectures, and execution plans to ensure product validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with PM, TME, customer support teams to understand customer use cases.
  • Contribute to all phases of end-to-end product validation.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and technical support teams to troubleshoot customer issues.

This is an office-based role that requires you to be in the office four days a week. However, we offer flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Requirements
  • 10-18 years of relevant experience with a BS or MS degree.
  • Expertise in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs.
  • Expertise in testing of Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF & EIGRP, MPLS, IPSec, QoS, NAT, and policies etc.
