  • Accompany clients during site/property visits, providing essential project information and redirecting queries to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales, administration, and hospitality teams to prepare for client visits.
  • Maintain elegant reception/hosting areas and ensure all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards.
  • Manage client records and appointments with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an immaculate appearance and demeanor.
