Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Project Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects. You will also be involved in the preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation, as well as communication with vendors and clients.Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all stages from planning to completion.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including schematics and reports.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and clients through effective communication and coordination.

  • Utilize project management tools, such as Trello or Asana, to track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.

  • Conduct research and prototyping activities to support ongoing projects.

  • Review and summarize technical specifications to inform decision-making.

  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of technical principles, including electronics, circuits, data workflows, and automation.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, with experience in project management tools being a plus.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.

  • Bonus: Experience with PCB design, FPGA, Python/SQL, or data engineering tools is highly valued.
