Success metrics include:

The overall performance of the Sales team in growing annual revenues and providing solution expertise to support growing the sales pipeline.

The following responsibilities are key:

Sales Campaigns: Work closely with sales teams, partners, product specialists, and industry experts to plan and deliver on sales campaigns.

Client Discovery: Lead client discovery and workshop sessions to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs, solving identified business challenges and helping achieve their KPIs.

Presentation and Demonstration: Present and demonstrate technical solutions to bring maximum value to customers.

Team Amplification: Remain well-informed on the latest innovations in customer experience management solutions and amplify your successes internally to maximize impact.

Key Requirements include:

Technical Expertise: 10+ years experience working within a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales or Solutions Consulting role, positioning and demonstrating solutions.

Digital Experience: 7+ years working in one or more areas: Digital Marketing (B2C and/or B2B), Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, and AI.

Autonomy and Self-Starter: Be an autonomous self-starter able to learn, lead, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Dynamic Team Player: Comfortable working across multiple teams or solo projects as required.

Storytelling: Passionate about storytelling to bring customer engagements to life using impactful presentation and solution demonstration content.

Advantageous Qualifications include technical expertise in CRM, Loyalty Management, Analytics, Real-time Personalization, and Interaction Management technologies. Experience in product management or post-sales software implementations is also beneficial.
