Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks, planning, fieldwork, and project closure to meet deadlines.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of accounting and reporting standards accepted in the United States.
  • Conduct independent research on US GAAP and US GAAS to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Gain exposure to commercial real estate through hands-on experience.
  • Establish realistic time budgets and coordinate audit requests to meet client expectations.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
