We are seeking highly motivated and passionate professionals to join our team of career advisors. As a career advisor, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their goals in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
  2. Convert webinar attendees and registered leads into full-course admissions.
  3. Conduct structured counseling sessions to understand students' career aspirations and suggest the right course.
  4. Explain program benefits, career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities clearly.
  5. Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).
  6. Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.
  7. Share reminders and follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  8. Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counseling / BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
  • Passion for education and healthcare sector is a plus.
