Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to develop and execute a sponsorship strategy for live events, identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.

  • Develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with event objectives.
  • Identify potential sponsors and build a strong relationship with them.
  • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages that meet brand objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events &experiential industry.
  • Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field, 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media. A strong network with brand decision-makers, agencies, and corporates is essential. The candidate should have a proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
