Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Update cash flow projections and actuals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead the preparation of periodic investor reporting, including quarterly and annual reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data and provide financial analysis and insights.
  • Evaluate and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulators.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a compliance role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
