Overview:

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee and manage various projects in the fashion industry. This role demands a strong understanding of retail operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with international buyers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure timely completion and satisfaction of clients.
  • Industry Knowledge Application: Utilize knowledge of the fashion industry to inform project decisions and drive business growth.
  • International Buyer Coordination: Develop and maintain effective relationships with international buyers to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality products.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends and adjust production schedules accordingly.
  • Data & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate tracking sheets, reports, and client records to support business needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication among internal departments to address project challenges and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate from a reputable fashion institution or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work at our office.
  • Candidate should reside within commuting distance to our office.
