Job Title: Fashion Director

This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic vision and operational expertise to drive the success of our fashion team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of stylists to create high-quality imaging assets according to defined style guides.
  • Oversee operational and creative teams to meet business objectives, manage changing priorities, and implement plans to meet business needs.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, training, and performance management to Operational and Creative Leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising or a related field.
  • Understanding of market trends, visual composition, and aesthetic presentation.
  • Knowledge of commercial studio workflow and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
