Job Title: Talend ETL Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of a Talend ETL Specialist.

Job Description:

As a Talend ETL Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data integration pipelines using Talend Open Studio. You will work with various data sources including BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data into multiple destinations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration, particularly in design and optimization of ETL pipelines
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, including partitioning, clustering, and federated queries
  • Proficiency in Python programming, specifically in ETL scripting, automation, and integration with cloud data pipelines
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including PL/pgSQL functions, triggers, query optimization, and materialized views
  • Cloud computing expertise, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Dataprep, and Google Cloud Storage
  • Version control proficiency, especially with Git/GitHub workflows, branching, PR reviews, and CI/CD using Jenkins
