Data Management Expert

Job Description:

KMK is a global data analytics and technology consulting company empowering leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make better data-driven decisions.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Management Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM), leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term by understanding business processes and leveraging data design expertise.
  2. Develop and maintain the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, utilizing standard analytical, reporting, and programming languages and their application.
  3. Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
  4. Establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  5. Utilize experience with data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in a complex environment; data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
