We are hiring for multiple job openings in Trims and BIW (Body-in-White) design and engineering teams.

  • Glove Box Kinematics Design Lead: 6-10 years of experience required
  • Air Vent Kinematics Design Engineer: 6-10 years of experience required
  • Trims Design Lead Cross Car Beam: 6-10 years of experience required
  • Sr Design - Front End Carrier: 4-7 years of experience required
  • Lead Exterior Trims Bumper System: 4-12 years of experience required
  • Lead Engineer Interior Trims (DP,CC,IP): 5-12 years of experience required
  • Manager Interior Trims: 15-20 years of experience required
  • BIW Design Lead Bonnet & fender: 4-15 years of experience required
  • BIW under body Design Closures, Tailgate, Doors: 5-10 years of experience required
  • BIW under body Design: 6-10 years of experience required
  • BIW Sealing and glasses Closures design Engineer / Lead: 4-15 years of experience required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative solutions for automotive trim and BIW components
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive design and engineering projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design meets business requirements
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 software
  • Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 environments
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, and DVP&R principles
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Stamping, Injection Molding, etc.)
