Job Summary

HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance management assessments and provide support for employee development.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with management to identify organizational development opportunities and support change initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
