Overview of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This position requires hands-on experience in project management, as well as a strong understanding of software development processes, stakeholder management, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation such as PRDs, FRDs, user manuals, and process documents.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Facilitate client demos, internal training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Monitor project progress using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management with exposure to technical projects.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear and detailed technical documents.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and conducting technical presentations.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, project coordination, and client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
