Key Application Role

This critical position focuses on spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that application requirements are met, oversee the development process, and provide guidance to team members.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application design and development methodologies
  • Lead and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently
  • Make informed decisions to drive project success
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions
  • Develop solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and across various teams
  • Organize knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application components

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of application design and development methodologies, experience in configuring and customizing procurement applications, and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement Solutions
  • Proficiency in Sourcing & Procurement Solutions
  • Desirable Skill: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. The position is based at our office in Chennai.
